The Association of Parents Of Disappeared
persons(APDP) located in Jammu and Kashmir has
an ongoing internship program. Post graduate
students from universities in India and across
the globe can apply.
All internship assignments will vary in terms of content and length according to the availability and academic requirements of the intern, as well as the needs of organization.
The Internship program is available round the year. Relevant applications with Masters Degree or equivalent qualifications, preferably in a development, legal, education or equivalent field (political sciences, economics etc), with strong background in research, analytical and writing skills will be considered.
The internship is a unique opportunity for students to get a close understanding of the political and human rights situation in Jammu and Kashmir through close interaction with affected families.
Internship Programs is voluntary. APDP will assist and facilitate comfortable stay of students during the internship.
